A typical 8 week programme will provide a great foundation to covering different aspects of fitness, from developing your core strength to improving your cardiovascular endurance. To see results, exercise must be done on a regular basis, at least 4 times a week either, walking, going to the gym or attend some group PT classes.

Classes typically last up to an hour (but sometimes can over-run).

Week 1: Introduction, Weigh-in, Fitness Test, 45 minute circuit (60 minutes in total due to introduction)
Week 2: Indoor Group Cycling
Week 3: TRX Suspension Training
Week 4: Fitball
Week 5: Total body workout Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, ViPR, skipping ropes
Week 6: Bootcamp
Week 7: 20-20-20 CV, Weights, Fitball
Week 8: Fitness Test, results plus 45 minute circuits
