Group Personal Training


Hiring a Personal Trainer to reach your exercise goals is not in everyone’s budget. The next best thing is to try group personal training where the cost of 121 training is split between the group. Groups tend to be small to ensure a similar approach is applied.


Availability: Yate: Mon and Wed at 6pm Bradley Stoke: Tues at 6pm

Duration: 45 minutes
Calories: Can burn up to 600 calories in a session (individual results will vary)
Exercise type: Body conditioning and shaping, strength training, endurance, core, some cardio.

Notes: bring a towel and a drink.  Pay as you go or monthly gym membership required.

Indoor Cycling

Indoor Cycling is a brilliant exercise for expending calories, body toning and burning fat. Each session is performed with lively music together with disco lights (optional) and some studies have demonstrated greater calorie burn.

It’s fun, entertaining and can get very competitive. Indoor cycling can also be as challenging as you demand and is designed to work alongside your fitness goals.



Availability: Bradley Stoke Leisure Centre, Yate Leisure Centre only
Yate: Monday 8.30pm, Weds 8pm, Sat 3pm (16 bikes)
Bradley Stoke: Sat 10am (20 bikes)

Duration: 45 minutes.
Calories: Can burn up to 800 calories in a session (individual results will vary).
Exercise type: Improving cardiovascular system, endurance, stamina and fat loss.

Notes: bring a towel and a drink and be prepared to sweat a lot! A heart rate monitor can be useful to gauge calories burned and working within your optimal heart rate.  Pay as you go or monthly gym membership required.
