A typical 8 week programme will provide a great foundation to covering different aspects of fitness, from developing your core strength to improving your cardiovascular endurance. To see results, exercise must be done on a regular basis, at least 4 times a week either, walking, going to the gym or attend some group PT classes.
Classes typically last up to an hour (but sometimes can over-run).
