Personal Training is available to all clients. Many existing clients started out with the Fitcamps and exercise classes but wanted to be challenged, lose that last pocket of fat and have their fitness taken to the next level.  

Each session is different and tailored to your specific goals. I am there to influence you, ask questions and ensure you are doing the exercises correctly.

Duration: 60 minutes

Calories: Can burn up to 800 calories in a session (individual results will vary)

Exercise type: TRX, ViPR, Core work (lunges, squats, planks, high knees, balance), burpees, weights, running, spinning, dumbbells, cross fit, rowing machines, posture, fitball.

Terms of business

  • Direct bookings made in person not online.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will forfeit one of your sessions.
  • Sessions carry a maximum validity period of 4 months and must be used within that period.  Any unused sessions that have expired will be lost.
  • Block bookings are non transferable.  Refunds not given for unused sessions.
